Nice rooms but not many facilities. Good for business trips but I would not recommend it for families. Breakfast was not great due to faulty coffee machine and food ran out and not kept refilled.

Small rooms, very uncom fortable narrow beds, no fridge in room, bad AC, location far from dowtown, hard to considerer it a 4* hotel. Good parking but expensive for the area € 22. Not reccomendable.

It is good, but not great. Overall you will not be disappointed after staying, but you will consider other options in the area for next time. The big plus is the staff who are all friendly and caring. The ok are rooms, cleanliness, breakfast and hotel pub. They all work but nothing special. The minus are details like almost falling handles in shower, old welcome water and such. They are quite minor but together they are just enough to prohibit fifth star

Breakfast not recommended for a 4 star hotel. Reception not aware of payment details.
Poor service.

We stayed one night in two rooms. Rooms are nicely equipped and clean, however really small. In the booking we were said to have business rooms, but we ended up in standard rooms. We would have cared but for one night we wouldnt bother - but clearly this impacts the review.
Of note, the hotel has a problem with tiny little ants (we had same issue in both rooms) and a vermin exterminator is definitely indicated.
Breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of things to choose from; however, the service could be more attentive.
All in all OK. For the price we payed is was overall a good experience.

I was very much surprise with this Hotel. Didn't know before the Welcome Hotels chain, but found the facilities quite comfortable and the breakfast very good. Our room had a lot of space, with a minimalist while very trendy decor. The night price was very affordable, and having arrived from Paris, we found that we entered into the super suite territory. The only minors set back (and this is why I didn't give a 10), is that they don't have room service the whole day, forcing us to have to lunch outside (around 4pm). Since the hotel is not located in a centric area, we had to move to some distance places (10-15 minutes Uber) to have a decent meal. Other than that, and the very unhelpful and unpleasant waitress at the Bistro on Saturday night, the Hotel is a total gem, price wise. Best,
