Very sad about the amenities they have been telling us that they are fixing the a/c day after day. We came here for a fair and even though the staff is amazing the hotel administration kept fooling us saying that they are fixing this but we had 4 days paying 299€ a night without a/c it s very sad to know how low this hotel has gone. In the past I’d stay here but now it’s awful, the staff from reception is nice but definitely they cannot be awarded a 4 star title because they don’t even have a fridge in their rooms!!

I cancelled my booking under the free cancellation policy 10 days ago. My fund has yet to release. Although, I contacted them several times with no response. There's no such indifference or irresponsibility like this.

Clean hotel and breakfast has a lot of variety gor a mostly business hotel. No minibar at the rooms and Internet speed was not up to what you would expect from a business hotel

Staff super friendly and good bar

The stay was good, the room is clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning was broken in all the building

Nice hotel with correct price/quality, given walking proximity to the Messe. Friendly staff, good size clean room. (some) rooms are a bit noisy. Rather 3-star hotel than the advertised 4-stars. Just reading the definition of 4 stars: "an upscale hotel that provides amenities, activities, and extras to create a full experience"... well, that ain't it.
Definition of 3 stars: "a hotel that provides average amenities, higher quality service, physical attributes and design" --u003e yes, ticks the boxes
So just a long as you have expectations at right level, this is a good choice close to the Messe

Air-conditioning wasn't active in my room and is managed by the hotel.

Good rooms, but one gets the feeling that the "green" branding is just an excuse to skimp on amenities.

No mini-bar. No slippers or bathrobe. No boiler cup.

Friendly staff is the biggest redeeming quality.

Comfortable beds.

Not quite four stars.
