Was here for work and didn’t expect wonders for the price, but this place really cannot even get the basics in order. Stained carpets (as others have mentioned), toilet randomly stopped flushing (something to do with water pressure), shower does not hold the desired temperature, breakfast really limited (scrambled egg salty and not very enjoyable). Could be a nice budget hotel but they are not really trying.

Lufthansa offered this Hotel as an overnight stay, due to problems with flights.
But the accommodation was perfect. Very small room for one person but was clean and tidy. Breakfast served was full house, with no complaints. Thanks. Location was a bit of a problem if you don't know the area well. But there is a Tram opposite if you need to go anywhere.

There were some recent bad reviews of this hotel which had me worried. Having now stayed there I don’t understand why. My room was very clean and looked to have been recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable and was a proper queen bed rather than two mattresses zipped together which can be annoying for a solo traveller sleeping in the middle of the bed! Housecleaning occurred every night with no issue. Especially for the price paid I have no complaints whatsoever. The only thing I’d suggest is consider the public transport options if you need them as the tram was not as frequent as
I would like - particularly on Sunday. Hardly the hotel’s fault of course and i believe there is also parking available should you need it.

We had a great stay in Ibis Frankfurt City Messe hotel. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and easy, we had a possibility for a late check-out. Wonderful breakfast and good service. Clean room and comfortable bed. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty much the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I didnt have a choice because it is where lufthansa sent me when they cancelled my connecting flight. The rooms had been cleaned but I guess you can't do much with stained carpet and holes in the wall. Might have been nicer to sleep in the airport to be fair. The person who checked in before me saw their room and left....

Beautiful cosy room. Enough lights. Desk, power cable, closet with hangers, desk lamps provided. I'll give 4 stars in cleanliness. Cafe u0026 the reception maintains COVID safety shield. One thing though, a box of tissue should have been provided in each room.
