In Frankfurt, the client service is HORRIBLE! Sellers are not helpful at all with customers to find the sizes and clothes in this messy market. Definitely it’s missing personnel and they don’t care at all. The salary should be linked to the sales and then the system would work. Increasing motivation!!! Such a pain to do shopping in Frankfurt/Germany, impossible to find proper clothes.
Also in Pu0026C for ladies they don’t sell small sizes, no 30-32 for clothes etc! Ridiculous.
Luckily I go to Italy and spend my money there rather than here.

Numerous brands available, restroom, coffee fellows available. Few sitting places available when u get tired shopping.
Only thing I don’t like is the way they organise the category of clothes. Number of billing counters and they are quick. I have never waited long here

A department store featuring clothing and accessories from many designers and local brands. Very good winter clothing selection on offer here.
