The owner of this shop with very high quality goods was so nice. He demonstrated the beautiful antique kalliope music box inside the shop for us. He said it is one of two still in existence operating of which he is aware. The "record" was one of the last made by a 92 year old Master maker .. Silent Night. It really sounded rich and great. So glad we stopped by and visited his shop. Thank you for this wonderful 'stumble upon' jewel! Btw, marvelous display of stuffed teddy bears and other animals!

It's an amaizing shop. Unfortunately it's not something we could afford or something we would have been interested in purchasing but even just looking around felt like visiting a museum so we decided in some fridge magnets as "tickets" for this amaizing experience. Even if most of it is not something you can afford. There are small things there that you can find that may be interesting for you. I can only recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

There is an ice cream place and I would never recommend anybody to go there. Tables ALL FREE. sit there and took away ice cream. I am pregnant, with my husband, granny and baby boy and with the ice cream in the hands refuse completly to let us use the table to eat the ice cream that we just bought in the shop. Absolutly ashame that places like that have those kind of behaviours.
If all tables are taken, I would understand. But we uust bought ice cream from that place and tables were ALL free.
