Great location right in the Romer square, but overall after eating German food for a couple weeks I would say it was relatively average. Also, I suppose wine is the specialty here, but surprised there is no beer on tap. Otherwise the service level and everything else is alright.

went for coffee and cake, and dinner there. looks like family business. owner and staff is friendly. food is quick. with the romer as view, it's perfect. we ate pork knuckles, pork platter, beef and all is good. apple strudel is very authentic.

Excellent food and good service, except at the tables outside (work overload for just one waitress, who was therefore overstressed).
No draft beer (just bottles).
No fresh brezel available, just packed ones which were absolutely terrible.

Great location, ambience and overall feel to the restaurant. The staff is nice and competent. The food is pretty decent and the prices are fair.

Had a great time here and the dunkel-weizen was delicious. If you are in need of some great schnitzel head here and grab the mushroom gravy variety.
