Nice ambience with party vibes, reservation should be done specially on Friday and Saturday nights. Food is okay we had pizza (large portions), pasta (bitter sauce), caprese salad (no taste) but we love the cocktails. Music gets loud hour by hour. Overall it was nice experience.

Decent food but worst service. We went for a team dinner here. The waiter tried to sell us Champagne and then tricked us into paying double for the starters saying he would specially order a large platter with all the variety, in the end it was just the antipasti. He completely ignored the starters we wanted. Everything had to be reminded twice before it was delivered. Frankfurt has many better places than this, will not go there again.

Extremely bad service. Went there with 2 girlfriends this evening at around 9pm. Indicated to the waiter that we wanted order and had to wait for 20 minutes for him to come. He was extremely impatient during the ordering process and judged us when we ordered one large bottle of water to share. When we asked for the bill, he slammed the bill on our table and demanded us to tip him. Please this guy should be fired, totally disgraceful!

Decided to have lunch at H’ugo’s Italian restaurant. The food was excellent and service was great. The atmosphere was nice and pleasant. Highly recommend this restaurant ????????

The place is overrated in my opinion. Looks nice, but no paper in toilet, it took us quite long to wait for the waiter food wasn't excellent. Just ok. Overpriced. It's more like an Instagram place not the same in reality.

Cool place. The atmosphere is great in lunge style seating.
Food is great and the service is very friendly.
