I’m shocked from customer service, how can Michael Kors hire so incompetent staff.
When I entered the store they even did not say hello and goodbye at the end, I went upstairs to find dresses, was waiting for someone to come and help me with the right sizes, no one came and I was waiting 20 min until I lost my interest (and there was only one customer at the store and sales ladies were not busy, they were talking to each other). Extremely impolite and arrogant.
I think Michael Kors management has to concentrate on changing its customer service, to keep or bring new customers, instead of making them not to come to the store anymore.
You are on Goethestrasse, make the service appropriate to its standards.
