We got the opportunity to be accommodated at this hotel and had great experience during our stay. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming. Rooms are clean and tidy as well as well stocked. Beds are very comfortable too. Breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble. The INNSIDE will be our first choice when we visit Frankfurt again.

NOT THE USUAL HOTEL
It's more a condos place.
Rooms are huge, with a small kitchen.
A little bit old.
Very quiet.
Nice for couples (huge bathtub)
View is wonderful.
Good breakfast.
That's it....don't expect anything else.

Its quite hard to reach someone on the Phone but the Staff was incredibly helpful and nice.
I’ve requested some vases for the room and they really put a lot of vases in the room which was adorable ????❤️.
The room was decorated with rose petals because i left a comment on booking.com that it’ll be our engagement night.
The engagement went great and she was blown away by how beautiful the room is.
After my third stay in the Skyline Condo i am still in love with the sunrise and sunset.
Thank you guys again for the nice stay!

Good morning, amazing hotel 5 stars, with a wonderful view, from the 22th floor (the hotel is only at 22th floor), by 28 levels.
The design is very singular, I was have a suite, by high class modern style.
Very elegant hotel, in a very strange skyscraper, where the elevator is by space futuristic design!
All staff so gentle and always careful to every choose that wonderful room by need of that guest.

probably more of 3.7 stars. room had nice views but hotel was a bit poorly managed and badly designed. although the staff was apologetic for our first room’s both heat and shower not working, the 2nd room we were transferred to only had 1 towel.

there were instructions to turn on heat, shower , light …which should not be. these should be designed so that they are fairly obvious to customers. also the toilet was right next to the bed.

maybe works better for a single person but not too much for 2 travelers.

Beautiful Hotel close to high end shopping and perfect for just a weekend getaway. Only giving 4 stars due to the air conditioning not working in our initial room and it being unbearable to even sleep. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to move rooms for the night without moving our bags so we could have a comfortable nights rest. The view is to die for! Would definitely visit again.

I have changed 3 room. The fist room was mold. The second was warmer as a sauna (the heater was broken) and the third was too loud as the air conditioner made noice like alarm.
