I stayed 5 nights in this lovely hotel. The location is 7 minutes away from the Zeil Square.

Breakfast was splendid with handful of varieties to choose from. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 and for free.

Rooms were spacious and equipped with super large smart TV. ???????? Internet was stable and with reasonable high speed. Fortunately my room had a large balcony which was very convenient.

Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful ????.

I well for sure stay at Residence Inn Frankfurt City Centre again.

I stayed 2 weeks at this hotel. The location is great and well communicated. The stuff is very kind, the rooms are comfortable.

Maybe, the only thing I would like point is the breakfast. It has a good quality but you always have the same food and there is not a huge variety of things. It is a hotel for long stays so I think the breakfast could vary a bit everyday.

Hotel really modern and clean. The only fail is the breakfast and the staff. Egs on the breakfast are dry like if they would stand there long time. Box for sausages is hot that you cannot open it. Small spoon was missing and staff nowhere. They had more priorities to speak with the reception. No help at all....

Unprofessional customer service , chaotic management, unpunctual and unreliable room service… the front desk staff could perfectly ignore elite member guests just because he wanted to chitchat with other customers. Horrible service successfully Ruined our anniversary but when asked for any kind of compensation, just “no”. It’s a disaster letting those unprofessional people work here.

It's our anniversary but we encountered so many unexpected issues in this hotel this
time. Especially I feel ignored by front desk staff yesterday because he was too busy with the chitchatting with another customer.
He didn't explain anything about the hotel, our room, check-in u0026 out time or even breakfast. Just arrogantly shush me away
as "your card, please" as if I were a kid. Me and my partner are extremely unfamiliar with everything here and nobody told us where to go and how to even get to this hotel through moxy…. I really expected much higher than just this before we decided to celebrate our anniversary in residence inn Frankfurt.
The AC was too loud the whole time, the water pressure in shower wasn't even stronger than my urination.
We requested two dental kits (basically just toothbrushes and toothpaste) four times at least and we didn't get anything until finally we decided to go to the front desk to beg you guys. Nothing received but the message on Marriott app always showed us "it's all done".
The landline in the room never reached out to the front desk. Probably cannot even call anybody if someone had any emergency inside the room there.
We humbly begged them to grant us the priority late check out as a loyal Marriott Elite member for many years because we just want to chill a bit since its our anniversary but the front desk just said "we provide you until 1pm". It's our anniversary, and we are Elite member! If the hotel cannot ensure that Elite members can have the last check out at least until 2pm, why we're even keeping this loyalty program?
We found several similar experiences here on Google reviews 7 months ago or even earlier. The hotel leader, Ms./Mrs. Anne Drescher constantly attempt to convince people to believe that they'll change, they'll do better in the message response but exactly the same thing happened to me and my partner again.
Something wrong with the management of this hotel.
One check in u0026 out process could be 10min per guest, just let elite members wait there forever without even fastening the process at all.
The employees here either write English messages with countless typos, or just use so-called "casual way" ( actually just simply rude) to call me Ms. Or even sometimes use rhetorical question like "sure, Why not". Never saw such an unprofessional hotel under Marriott hotel in my life.

We are frequent long-term travelers of Marriott Hotel. We didn't that apart from the convenient location, its services are very poor. The food, fruit, yogurt, muffins provided for breakfast are often a hit or miss. We asked for three Aitems of toiletry, it took three times firbthe staff to deliver them. The housekeeping manager(?) didn't knock on the door, just swiped the card to enter our room, lacking common courtesy.

Very lousy hotel nobody cleans for spilled water or coffee in the elevators for hours.

No cleaning of rooms and providing of towels since 4 days.

Seriously very disappointed with marriot we expect a standard to be maintained hence we choose such expensive hotels.

Waste of money staying in this hotel
