Loved the location! So easy to site see. The vibe at Moxy is awesome. Loved the welcome beverage. So happy they had pizza available for a late night snack. Breakfast was a good value. Lockers are a brilliant touch! We checked out and stored our luggage while we took a tour - before our train left. Rooms were comfy and staff was friendly and attentive!!

The rooms were very comfortable and fit modern standards perfectly.
Plus the location was a stone throw away from the main shopping centre which was very convenient!
House keeping was friendly and quick with their job.
Unfortunately there was a regrettable encounter with an uncivil receptionist lady who addressed a misconception which was not welcoming at all. Aside from that, everything was splendid!

Took a detour to find the front entrance which is inside an alley with bright pink neon lights. Staff were nice, friendly and efficient. A coupon was given to exchange for a drink at the bar next to reception.

Room was very spacious because there is not much inside. No wardrobe just a few hangers on the wall; table is foldable; bed is comfortable though. I LOVEEE that their window blinds can be closed completely without a sight of light entering the room in the morning.

No other amenities provided except for 2 PVC cups in the bathroom.

the hotel is “unique”. it is clearly for people in their 20-30s. you unfortunately have to bring your bags up yourself. breakfast is great. rooms do not have big bathrooms or closets. really easy to site see because the city center is right under. but go there if your a backpacker

Some call the hotel "hip" or "hipster" but I call it simple. Very hard bed (but that's personal taste) in a small and very simple room. No closet to hang your clothes, only some hangers on a piece of fence that's mounted to the wall, no fridge, no water cooker, no coffee machine. Beds are only made every other day. It took three trips to the reception before we had a working remote for the tv. Breakfast was very simple. When people took glasses to the terrace and left them there they would stand there for days. On one of the trips to the reception for the remote people were checking in and received vouchers for free welcome drinks. I said that I never received vouchers. The man at the reception said: That can't be true (?). All together a bit disappoining.

I was so impressed with the public space in this hotel and it’s interesting vibe, the friendliness of the staff, and the great location - but the stench in the room was terrible. Room 630 on July 4, 2022 smelled like sewage. The smell came from the bathroom, which appeared clean, but had us gagging the one night we stayed. If the source of the stench has been fixed then give this hotel a try, otherwise just take a walk through the lobby.

If you just need a clean, modern place to sleep and shower, that's the place. Rooms are not big, but clean and comfortable, bed is Marriott style. Check in international languages. It's in the middle of Frankfurt, all in walking distance, no car or taxi needed. My favorite hotel.
