After 4 years, I decided to cancel my membership. I used to love this gym and that’s why gave a feedback,so they can better. But unfortunately it got worse and worse. The studio positions itself as a premium and constantly raises prices, but unfortunately lately what they offer gets less and less. The Rituals shower gels have been replaced by apparently the cheapest shower gels available, which stink terribly. Before that, there were no shower gels at all for 2 months. Toilet paper was also generally replaced with the cheapest. The walls in the spa area are moldy, the pool is often dirty water. The Dampfbad is closed. You either keep the level of the establishment "premium" or do not raise prices, otherwise it is not clear why else to stay in this gym when there is another gym not far away(7/11 white label), in which there is even a hair dryers from Dyson. I am ready to pay 10€ more every month, but I must see for what. It is definitely not the case.

I’m member of the gym since 6 months and find that the training crew there is very friendly and professional.
I’ve received a specialized training from Personal trainer Jonathan Chala and I’m very satisfied. He takes a comprehensive approach to the matter and has innovative and fun methods.
I would recommend him if you are looking to learn more about sports and how to incorporate them in a balance way in your life and with consistency.

Regarding the gym equipment, I think that for the monthly fee, they could have more machines.

I’ve visited many gyms in the past including Luxury Hotel Gyms + Wellness and Sauna which i thought is top-tier already.
After my first trial day at Elements i found myself now today almost two years later still in love.
i am absolutely in love with the aesthetics, Interior Design, the incredible lovely Staff and the feeling of comfort.
I never really felt comfortable visiting the Gym because of my androgynous look which confuses many people. But here people are just friendly to eachother and mind their own business.
Many might complain about the high price but everything is absolutely worth it.
Three of my friends signed up already and they absolutely love it as well!

Arrogant and rude staff! This place is not suitable for Expats. Aesthetically the gym looks great and has everything you can possibly think of. Bit overpriced than other gyms in the area but I really liked the look of the gym. I was going to take 24 month’s contract however they had summer trial promotion on so I decided to do that instead. Very very glad I went for trial because the service is appalling. You’ll be better off going to Fitness First a few metres down the road- cheaper, friendlier and English speaking staffs and comparable if not better!

Unlike the studio in Henninger Turm, here they don’t have a proper platform for deadlifts. When dropping the bar, it causes a very loud noise which is awkward and cheap.

Markus is a very nice trainer and the gym is a good place to train yourself.
