After 4 years, I decided to cancel my membership. I used to love this gym and that’s why gave a feedback,so they can better. But unfortunately it got worse and worse. The studio positions itself as a premium and constantly raises prices, but unfortunately lately what they offer gets less and less. The Rituals shower gels have been replaced by apparently the cheapest shower gels available, which stink terribly. Before that, there were no shower gels at all for 2 months. Toilet paper was also generally replaced with the cheapest. The walls in the spa area are moldy, the pool is often dirty water. The Dampfbad is closed. You either keep the level of the establishment "premium" or do not raise prices, otherwise it is not clear why else to stay in this gym when there is another gym not far away(7/11 white label), in which there is even a hair dryers from Dyson. I am ready to pay 10€ more every month, but I must see for what. It is definitely not the case.
