It was much better than my expectations.. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. It has everything you need. The restaurant and the lounge are arranged in a high artistic taste. The food is also delicious. There were natural juices and fresh fruits for breakfast and more varieties as well. Whenever you need the reception will be available and very friendly and He helps you as much as he can. It was very convenient to have a car park and the best thing was the staff were very friendly and patient very much. I had a wonderful stay and I promise I will repeat it often.. Thank you thanks to you I had a nice days

Convenient location with trams nearby, always someone at the desk even if it is only one person juggling reception and bar at the same time. Clean and tidy, with most staff having a good level of English to speak (of course) if you have no German. The room was decent but the bed was very welcoming and the blackout curtains did their job exceptionally well. Breakfast is basic as you’d expect but it gets the job done, especially if you go with the intent to make your money’s worth (13€ for open buffet, we ate and then took pastries for the road). Shoutout to one particular member of staff Trixie for their above u0026 beyond assistance upon our arrival. The only reason it is not 5* is because I was woken by cleaning staff entering the room despite requesting no cleaning (and getting a free drink for opting towards no cleaning during use).

Service was outstanding. Staff were super friendly, chatted with us, offered suggestions, and helped us with logistics. Rooms were nice was a chase lounge. Bathroom and shower were overnight and clean. AC was a God send. Breakfast buffet was 5 stars. Coffee machine, juice, eggs, bacon, breads, lunch meat, fruit, etc. Locations was close to transportation, but not the hipster areas which we enjoy.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast was a bummer as it was very limited in choice but everything else was good

Great location. Nice budget friendly hotel chain. This one unfortunately had really bad pillows. Stayed at a view other locations at Premiere Inn so this one was different. Friendly staff.

Clean room Very close to the fair grounds but because of the work around the hotel I had to walk almost 20 min to enter the exhibition center
Breakfast buffet was ok with enough variety
Front office team was hospitable but not enough to serve a big arrival day we had to wait almost 25 minutes to check in

Fantastic hotel rooms at a surprisingly low price. About a 10 minute walk to the venue (Messe) for the event we attended. Nearby mall has lots of food options, too.
