Im Rahmen einer Aktion für 4 Traingstermine zum Festpreis habe ich teilgenommen, um das Konzept einmal zu testen. Vorher hieß es das erste Probetraining sei kostenlos und auf Nachfrage wurde mir das bestätigt. Nach dem ersten Probetraining habe ich zugestimmt daran teilzunehmen und 4 weitere Termine ausgemacht.
Das Training war gut und anstrengend. Die Trainer waren sehr freundlich.
An meinem vorletzten Termin wurde ich gefragt, ob es vorstellbar wäre weiter zu machen. Da habe ich erstmal verneint. Nach dem Training hieß es dann wir würden uns nicht mehr sehen. Daraufhin sprach ich den Mitarbeiter auf den letzten Termin an. Dann hieß es wir hätten keinen weiteren Termin und es wurde damals falsch kommuniziert und dass das erste Probetraining schon mitgezählt wird. Der Angestellte damals hätte das falsch erläutert. Und der Termin wurde anschließend einfach gelöscht.
Bis dato war das Studio sehr angenehm und weiter zu empfehlen. Diese Aktion kann ich allerdings nicht weiterempfehlen, scheinbar bekommt man nur die abgesprochene Leistung, wenn man eine Mitgliedschaft wahrnimmt.

Wenn man mit Gympass kommt und seine Beiträge dort zahlt, versuchen leider die spezielle Kleidung und die Mitgliedskarte für 150€ als Bedingung zu verkaufen. Genau diese Kleidung kostet bei anderen EMS Studios 80€ und Mitgliedskarten sind für gewöhnlich entweder kostenlos oder gegen Pfand zu bekommen. Finde ich zu dreist, da Lt. Bedingungen mit einem Gympass freier Eintritt zu steht.
