Hotel was nice, we stayed 2 night everything was nice besides the 2nd day at breakfast where the breakfast room was a bit too crowded despite areas of the restaurant being completey empty. It would have been appreciated if every guest were spread in the space rather than being gathered in one spot.
Staff at breakfast seemed also under staffed.

A had a terrible experience with this hotel and unfortunately we stayed there for two nights we couldn’t sleep the air condition kept stopping every thirty minute, and the receptionist Alejandra wasn’t professional at all in her response and answers , she send us a fan ????????that was a shock what’s this am I in a motel ???? I told her to call the manager in duty but there was none . For about six to eight hours then she transferred us to another room with the same problem. We had a terrible sleep. They don’t deserve one star ????????The car parking is very expensive 40 Euros ????????the bed is old an uncomfortable at all they need to be changed ????????????????????????follow my advice don’t book there and if you already booked cancel your reservation

I stayed 7 days in this hotel it’s good that it has a shopping mall in front of it and good location the staff were good but the breakfast staff were rude when their time finish .. if they could they would of kicked you out .. the room service kinda rude too .. they kept on asking me to clean my room while I was in the shower and getting ready to leave even tho I told them I’m leaving in 15 mins but they kept coming to my door ringing the bill every 3 mins .. but over all it was ok stay

An average hotel - staff are friendly but rooms are quite dated, and the prices during trade fairs are hiked up massively. The breakfast was ok.

Everything worked just fine, except for check-out that the person at the reception made a mass and charged three times the group breakfast I hired. I tried to explain it for 15 minutes, and then I gave up because I had a flight to take.

It is hard to control the water mixers in the toilet

Water leakage is there

Breakfast is fine but there is not a lot of choices of it

Staff are very friendly

We accidentally entered the car park and we wanted to get out immediately after a period of no more than 5 minutes, but the exit was closed and we had to pay for a full hour, more than 4 euros, and when we called the inquiries, they said like this here, really, is it possible to pay a full hour? The first ten minutes should be free as everywhere this is theft
