Extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional waitress, who served my friend's ice-cream with my cupcakes on my plate in the same bowls as syrup and chocolate. She never bothered to apologize for her mistake and not only she was rude but she misbehaved and told us to write an email about her while shrugging her shoulders. I see many bad reviews about waitress' behavior but looks like the owners don't care. Never going there again and would not recommend anyone.

Very nice coffee with outside sitting area in front and in the back of coffee-shop (rain protected). Wide variety of cold and hot drinks as well as some basic meals. Great selection of cakes. Friendly staff :-)

Enjoyed dinner here recently. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. Tried the vegetarian flemmkuchen which was really excellent and a lychee schorla (a soda water and lychee juice drink.) It was really nice! Also got a chance to try a tortellini in saffron sauce, which was incredibly delicious. Great location to people watch, maybe 1k people walked while there. Amazing experience.

Tacky cafe! After sitting there for 3 hours some 50+ lady (who is in any way connected to the owner of the cafe) was trying to charge me 5 Euro for visiting a bathroom. Never ever! Take care of the mice running in your cafe first! 0 stars is even to much for this tacky location!

We were looking for a nice place to have a breakfast in Frankfurt and we were satisfied.
Banana pancakes were excellent, orange juice is freshly prepared, we recommand.

The location is nice and convenient, services are were fast but the food was below average. The waitress was also abit aggressive and unfriendly which is quite disappointing.

Shortest and worst experience ever. We kindly asked if we could have a sit and the response from the waitress was rude and aggressive. We decided to immediately leave and find something else. Attitude and politeness is key for a successful business.
