amazing service from the team there. I was apprehensive having never bought from outside UK, there was no need to be, good contact and UPS next day delivery. would buy again in a heartbeat. bought a blancpain bathyscaphe chrono, great price, exactly as advertised.

Have spoken to Sylvio a couple times re possible trades. If he thinks your pieces aren’t worthy of him—u0026 I have a couple watches easily worth north of $2K—he simply ignores you. I saw another rated this site as having first rate customer service. That sentiment did not ring true for me. From my experience, if you aren’t up to what they feel are their standards, prepare to be made to feel as if you don’t exist—not the feeling one typically feels when they walk away from great, or even good, customer service.

All about watches has been my go to watch-store for the last two years. I have bought from them in the past and intend to continue doing so in the future. Bought a watch from them. Watch was nicely presented, clean and as expected. No issues there and the watch has arrived. The main complaint is the arrogance, lack of flexibility of the seller-not on pricing but taking calls, responding to requests etc. If I hadn't been buying for someone else, I would have walked away because of rudeness.

Recently bought my submariner from the shop – excellent quality, service and consulting. It was also a pleasurable experience to interact with Mr Reichert and his excellent knowledge around watches...i‘ll Definitely recommend them!!!
