Would definitely stay again, very good value for money
Liked · The breakfast laid out didn’t look like anything out of the ordinary, the cold cuts and cheese were okay, the bread selection was fine and so was the rest, but the lady looking after us was exceptional. She made me two perfect fried eggs and then brought us a bowl of freshly-cut fruit salad that was really really good. I thought the coffee was not going to be great but my husband had a double espresso (the machine ground the beans fresh) and gave it a thumbs-up and in fact ordered another, so it must have been pretty good. So overall, with the lady’s super kindness, the breakfast gets a 9 from us. The room and bathroom were small but well-designed and the shower was great.
Disliked · There were ring marks on the counter in the bedroom which made me think unkind thoughts about the cleaning staff but everything else was clean.

A convenient hotel located a stone's throw from the central station. It's located in the bahnhofsviertel but is away from all the chaos and is in one of the better parts of the neighborhood. The rooms are cozy and clean! Great value for money. Our receptionist Sunny was also extremely helpful, polite and friendly and was ready to help us whenever needed. Stayed there 2 times in the last 20 days and was not disappointed. The breakfast was also decent given the price and minibar was also great. Would recommend this place to anyone for a few days stay!

I think it's the second time I stay at this hotel and again the experience has been fairly satisfactory.
The rooms are quite new and have everything you might need (including air conditioning). The receptionist was super attentive and friendly. And the price was adequate.
The location is good considering the proximity to the main station in Frankfurt. Nevertheless, this is unfortunately a neighbourhood to avoid mostly during the nights (nothing against the hotel, this is just like that). That's why if I were to stay for a longer period of time, I would suggest to stay in another part of the city.
The breakfast was fine but had no warm dishes.

The hotel is located close to the Frankfurt main train station. The area around the station is notorious for certain things, but this hotel is located in the better part of the neighbourhood. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast and the minibar in the room were included in the price. All in all, it's a great value for money.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Hospitality at the highest. Complimentary drinks in room. Good breakfast (could be more to choose from but still satisfied). No complaints whatsoever. I recommend…

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Central station. A tram stop next door. Very polite and helpful staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast.

Wonderful location! So close to main train station while away from the caos and unsafty of its surrounding! We could arrive to the historical part of the city by 20 mins walk from the beautifull riverside. Also staff were great and supportive, drinks in minibar were free, breakfast good for the price.

The only negative part I can bring up is that it would be better if the room and sheets were cleaner.
