A lot is desired in terms of maintenance! Small details which are so often overlooked.
The alarm clock was not working as it had no Battery.
The bathroom drain was clogged.
The electrical switch of washroom had loose connection.
The hand napkin were tattered.
The only bright spot, the cheerful lady at the desk.
Location is super as it is hardly 3 minutes walk to the main Railway station.
Many food options available nearby.

Rooms are small but nice, except the air conditioner making some small noise. Staffs are nice and friendly, location is great. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended, they make normal breakfast delicious, which is not easy at all!

When you step out of the door onto the bustling street, you remember how central you are, and just three minutes away from the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). The hotel rooms lie back from the street and there is little noise.
The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good in quality and variety.

Nice big room with 2 beds, clean and modern, great location just few minutes from railwaystaion and good breakfast. Only downside is location, main railwaystation is not most charming place to be with kid, redlight district is next to hotel, there is plenty of homeless people nearby and drug traffiging, but they are mostly harmless.

Just 2 minute walk away from feankfurt central train station, spacious room, wide open/tilting windows, friendly staffs.
Love this hotel.
Breakfast is very good. Variety of ronmfeldt teas, so many differnt types of honey and the best horse radish sauce of smoked salmon ever tried. My teenager son loved staying this hotel.
One downside is the sewage of the bathroom. It might be in a different condition delending on which room youd stay.
Even though the bathroom was not in the best condition, I am willing to check-kn again requesting for a different room.

Very good hotel for the price paid; lots of services available including breakfast and a gym. Front desk was very helpful and friendly, with a comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area.

Great location access wise, rooms fine if not a little bit dirty but note the area is adjacent to the red lights district
