Not as bad as some of the reviews make it. The area around the hotel is fine and safe, yes the red light district is 2 blocks away, but you wouldn’t even know it was that close. 5 minute walk from the central train station. Rooms are well equipped, clean, and spacious. No a/c so it could get a bit warm in the summer time. Wifi worked fine. The gym wasn’t really in operation when I was there.

there were no heating in my room and the
entire hotel! It got super chilly at night and I
got a bad cold the next day! Tried to talk to
the manager but the front desk were NEVER
occupied! called the emergency # to at
least talk to someone but noone picked up
the phone either. The other day when I
complained to the receptionist( manager?!)
about the waiting time I always had while
waiting at the front desk before someone
showed up, instead of an sincere apology
valuing my time the guy became super
rude u0026 aggressive against me and tried to
even victim blame me! Absolutely
narcissistic behavior! Got even scared of
this person. Unfortunately I already paid in
advance for getting sick in my own hotel
room! Already knew that to ask for
compensation (even it's about my health!!)
would be nothing than senseless and even
more frustrating at the end…so decided to
not waste any more energy on such a toxic
place/ management attitude. Just super
glad Im out of there. Never again.….????????

Receptionist lady (afternoon shift) is super friendly and helpful. The parking is very cramped, if you are not used to driving in tight places, don't even try. The end of thr corridor was smelling like shisha but it is now a norm in Germany. Hotel is located in a very noisy neighborhood so get ready to fall asleep around 1 or 2 in the morning. You can also feel every tram passing. The room was clean. Pillows were just there visually, they were so thin, it was better just to sleep on the bed without using them. Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about.

I spent 9 nights in the hotel with my family, it was amazing. Very frindly staff, great location, clean and cosy rooms, and very good room service. Highly recommended.

Nice room. The service was terrible though.
Self checkin was the only option even during availability time. Unreliable Wi-Fi.

The parking is so inconvenient, there is a significant lack of staff, wifi is terrible, it was too noisy and no one of stuff to stop this one group that teroriesed the whole hotel.... my recommendation is other hotels in the same price range because this is the first time I have had these problems during a stay.
