Great place, no line to get service unlike Ria across the street. Straightforward and easy currency exchange. Air conditioned, which is a nice plus in the summer heat. The guy at the counter was easy to work with and the rates are decent

Despite it being a monumental pain to exchange sterling into euros in Germany. We found this place online and the exchange rate was excellent. Unlike many other places, the exchange rate was clearly displayed on a board and no further one off charges were made. I recommend this place to anyone else who is stuck on the continent with sterling.

I must say that the customer service here is absolutely superb, (which is somewhat rare for Germany). I have been in Germany since 2005, and shopping at ExChange AG Frankfurt was one of my best experiences as a customer in Germany.

As a female, I had several questions and so I approached several of their friendly and very helpful staff members who were ever so patient with me. I would like to thank Frau Phone-Phai-Phane who kindly took her time and made me feel welcomed and cared for as a VIP customer! Highly recommended!!

It doesn’t worth to change less than 200$, cuz commission is extremely high. I’ve exchanged 100$ and paid a 10€ fee. Honestly, it’s a robbery ????

Best place in Frankfurt to change cash USD. Still expensive rate though but I doubt you could find any better. Also service is fast as possible
