I like this hotel pretty much. It's perfectly located right between main station and banking district. Employees were very nice and rooms are in good condition. Will book it again!

This hotel should think seriously about ventilation.
Once I entered the room, it was hot and empty of air. This is because this hotel doesn’t have an A/C, plus no fans even in the bathroom. I felt like this is a suffocation room.
There was a window that could be opened slightly, so I opened it to survive because I was run out of oxygen, but the problem is that once I opened it, every single sound from the street I heard it. Much worst, the tram stop is in front of the hotel, so the noise is unimaginable. Any one walked or spoke ,I heard him/her like he/she was with me in the room. I ended up sleepless the whole night. So, I guess this hotel should have at least apologized to me. When I checked out and complained to the lady at the reception, her response was: “IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT YOU BOOKED IN OUR HOTEL” This is really unprofessional and disrespectful.

About what you'd expect of a holiday Inn or travel lodge. Basic amenities, such as en suite bathroom with a shower. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable having slept in a doubble for many years, the down grade to a single bed was some what unpleasant(but I can't fault the hotel for this really).

The room had two single beds that were pushed together to make a doubble. My colleague and myself separated these as we were sharing the same room. The bonus to this hotel was the fact it had a fridge in the room. There was also a small TV that recived bbc 1 and 2. Inside the wardrobe was also a small safe.

The reception isn't 24h so do take note, we were told on the first day that it would close at 11pm and open early each morning. However we came back on the second night at 8pm to no reception. That wasn't too much an issue as the room key also gives access to the hotel. This is the reason for not being 5*, reception being sporadically manned with no clear timetable available. Despite this hotel staff were knowledgeable and able to assist in English with our request.

The lift is a tad scary given the glass door. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any wheelchair users as the lift is very small, I found it incredibly difficult to get in and out of as the doors are not automatic. There is also a single step up into the entrance of the building.
