Unfortunately I had a bad experience today in the Hotel Grand Corner.
I arrived at the hotel around 21:30. The guy on the desk was kind, he registered me and gave me the key for my room 601 on the last floor. I entered the room and realised, that the heating was not working. After that I saw that one of the towels had a yellow-brownish fleck, which made me question the cleanness of the room. I went straight down to the front desk again and the guy gave me an air heater and about the towels he said he can't help me and that he will tell the crew tomorrow. I said that I am staying just for a night and would like to have at list clean towels. He said that he can't do anything outside of leaving a note where it is written that room 601 was not clean and the heating isn't working...
I went up again to try with the air heater(after all I was staying just for a night), but it was quite noisy and sleeping was going to be a challenge, also in the moment when you turn it off it becomes again cold. Also the thought was following me that if they missed that dirty towel, who knows what else was left uncleaned. So I decided to leave immediately and found another hotel. I will probably not get back the money I paid for the room, which luckily was not a lot. Though I think those simple things such as heating and cleanness should be included in the room, even if its cheap.
It's pity, because the facility is quite okay and the location is also fine. Definitely if you decide to book - be aware to make sure everything is proper.
I will definitely not gonna book this hotel again.
