Very deceptive. I was hesitant on signing up since I was maybe moving out of town where I wouldn't be able to make of the membership, a fact which I commucated directly and clearly. The trainer (who was the manager) gave me a personal assurance that I can cancel the membership as long as I gave them an 8 week notice. Alas, when I gave them my notice and told them I was going to move, they did not honour the agreement and said I had to pay for 1 year...

I actually liked the place before I had to deal with the customer service. It's been 4 months and I am still waiting on my money after they over charged me later year. It's not worth the stress! Please return my money!
