Gave me the room with empty hand soap, and I was using the shower soap.
1.They cleaned the room and they never checked to replace.
2.When the shower shop finished I called them to bring, he promised to come and he never came no one
3.Mediocre breakfast
However the room was found clean

Nice place to enjoy the rest of the day. Prices are low according to the quality of the services. Very friendly staff with excellent support and skills.

Went for a concert. It's clean, masks voluntary, lines moved fast. There are Kiosk to buy some snacks and beverages in each section, some had no lines. Same with bathrooms.

Very clean and tidy hotel with excellent service !! Very tasty breakfast and great selection. It is highly recommended.

Good breakfast with clean, modern rooms. Had coffee maker, water kettle and tiny refrigerator.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Everything looks very new and modern, service was friendly and efficient, it's located close to the train station, but even though it's next to a busy street it was very quiet and I didn't hear anything outside of the room. The bed is also very comfortable and they have AC, which is not so common in Germany. The breakfast was also pretty good and included in the price. I have absolutely zero complaints, and if I travel to Frankfurt again I'll definitely stay here.
