We had a really great experience at this venue.
We love Asian food and was recommended this restaurant as one of the best in Frankfurt.
Inside it is very nice organized, the seats are not very much in fact it is advisable to book as it is always full. The staff is really very nice to us, they served us with kindness and care.
We were really very satisfied as the food was really very good and above all fresh.
The menu is vast and you can choose many things, they can also advise you well. We were really satisfied, we will be back soon!

FOOD u0026 DRINKS
The ramen was really good. I especially liked the broth. The egg wasn’t perfect but still okay. The meat was on the leaner side and not really melt-in-your-mouth tender.

SERVICE
The waitress was friendly and nice.

ATMOSPHERE
Small, clean and modern.

RATING
I can’t say anything seriously negative about this ramen restaurant. I guess five stars it is.

Reminds me of the small eateries I would go to in Japan when I lived there. Absolutely delicious. Quick service and reasonable prices. I don't often have ramen, but I found the noodles to be the right chewy texture for me. I got a deluxe with the extra pork slices and an egg. The egg was cooked perfectly. You should probably expect a (long) wait to eat here. This place is small.

Ordered a vegetarian and a tonkatsu ramen. The broth is decent and pretty flavorful, but the chashu of the tonkatsu ramen was a bit dry. The noodles were okay but a bit soggy. Portions are on the smaller side.
Overall, this place seems a little bit overrated.

I ordered fried dumplings and deluxe Ramen with garlic oil, egg and pork. They both tasted great. the Dumpling was so juicy inside and so crispy outside. The Ramen had a rich broth and the egg inside has a jammy yoke which was so delicious. Totally recommend it.

4.5/5 They invest money into bowls, napkins, but their tables (multiple) are levelled using the “Asian” method: paper and coasters. Broth is rich and superb. Thin noodles. Cha siu is above average but was served a little cold (meaning, didn’t have enough time to get warmed in the broth long enough). Karaage was also above average. Environment needs work and no open kitchen.

The Tonkotsu ramen is unreal, the best I’ve ever eaten outside Japan. The soup, noodles, chashu, chili oil, everything is perfect!
The staff is actually Japanese, and so are many of the customers and even the music. Service is great, and the price is fair!
Absolutely recommended ????????
