SCAM!!!! Showed up to our tour and they said that we couldn’t board as there was a “private event” even though we already paid! Their booking service “Get Your Guide” was very helpful however the crew and the company itself was useless in helping us figure out how this happened or how we could get a refund. The representative on the boat said that this happened to many people over several days so I would be careful. If I could do it again I would choose to take an earlier tour with Primus-Linie.

Straight up scam, we booked online and when we showed up the guy working said it was a private event and we shouldn’t have booked. Blamed the booking company said this happens all the time?? Yet had no contact or way for us to reach out. It’s trash don’t use this service.

Not recommended!! Crew is unfriendly! When we asked to open the umbrellas on the roof on a sunny day, the response was: "Not today! It is to windy!" Although it was a cloudless and calm day. So why have umbrellas in the first place?

I’ve been in Frankfurt for a year before I climbed on a 1hr boat tour. Wasn’t aware there was still so much I didn’t know about, and perspectives I hadn’t seen of the city skyline

Good place to have a quiet time sitting around the river and snacking or lunching. Good apple wine.
