Visited Juwelier Rüschenbeck back in Feb and was assisted by Ms. Derya, a very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming sales associate. Unable to pick up the timepiece I was looking for but I am sure I will be a loyal customer in the near future as I travel to Germany a lot.
The store is in a fantastic location, the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store for your next luxury timepiece/jewelry purchase ???????? ????????

I visited “Juwelier Rüschenbeck” today,
While my visit to Frankfurt Airport mall I was welcomed by “Ms Derya Ceyran” she was best assisting me with her knowledge with my interest in Rolex watch that I desired the most,
Keeping my attention and seeing my interest she did make me feel the experience of being a valued customer and she did her best of her abilities for me to experience the watch on my wrist and I left the store with a smile and hope that I’ll soon be part of the “Juwelier Rüschenbeck” as a loyal customer in near future.

When you visit the store please don’t forget to look for “Ms Derya Ceyran” I’m sure she will be very happy to greet you too.

Whenever I fly out of frankfurt I stop by ‚Rüschenbeck‘ cause their customer service is just amazing! Recommend going there ????

We were served by a lady and experienced excellent service, the utmost professionalism and friendliness from the staff and a beautiful atmosphere.

Ich war mit meiner Frau beim Juwelier Rüschenbeck im Squaire um das Band meiner Rolex kurzfristig kürzen zu lassen.

Wir wurden von einer Dame bedient und erlebten exzellente Service, höchste Professionalität und Freundlichkeit vom Personal und eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre.

In der Zwischenzeit hat die Dame uns verschiedene Rolex Modelle probieren lassen und uns den neuen Rolex Katalog mitgegeben.
