Extremely rude. I had finished my Coke Zero bottle and my pastry purchased. My daughter took my garbage to the trash can and recycle, and I was getting some work done. My daughter and wife went for a stroll. There was a new worker that came over after 20 minutes or so and questioned if I had purchased anything. After saying, “Yes, I did, Sir.” (Very politely) He then said, “Fine, but you finished, now you go.” There was no one waiting for a table. No busyness. No anything.
Mr. Abedin, you are profoundly rude. I was actually about to purchase another drink as I was thirsty. I can assure you, I will NEVER again purchase from you and I hope that others will choose the many other options in the airport as you don’t deserve the good business of good people. Good luck!

If you want to eat something delicious in a cozy place you should choose this place! A cozy place to eat, and a friendly service! I highly recommend!

Vastly over-priced, as we have come to be sadly used to when buying food and drinks at airports. Having said that, my pretzel tasted fine and the service was friendly.

The one by gate B11 refused to accept Euros cash.
Saying that the food and drink on offer including fresh coffee was all of a high standard and the staff and service were great.

Awfully rude. I asked if he could fill up my water bottle with tap water and he told me if I water I had to buy it. I also asked in German and he just replied to me in English.

The attention is terrible, the worst I have seen in Germany, the staff is the rudest, disrespectful and unpleasant, there is no good customer service and their prices are super expensive, the workers treated me very badly and threw me both the bread and the ticket bad manner that lacks respect DOOR B11 both the woman and the man were rude rude and abusive
