The most horrible horrible horrible experience I have ever had. We arrived to the room and it was extremely dirty with pieces of chips, chocolate, candy, opened bottle caps on the floor. The room was very old with furniture falling apart and very very worn out. The hotel is in the middle of the city so it’s noisy all night long. There was no air conditioning in the room. I had my cat with me and explicitly asked the room not to be entered when we were gone and not only did they disregard this request, they also left the windows open with my cat inside the room. Everything was so unacceptable. We had to find another hotel the next day. We couldn’t complete the check out because the manager was not there even though it was 12 and many new customers were also trying to check in but couldn’t. The elevator also wasn’t working because when the manager is not in the building it doesn’t work. So we had to carry everything ourselves through the stairs. The manager had given us his number in case something happened but he never returned our calls and we couldn’t reach him for two days. No one else was picking up the phone at the reception either. Their payment system was also not working so they couldn’t complete the payment. We had to go back to the hotel and pay cash. They didn’t even offer a proper discount or show understanding that this situation was nowhere near being acceptable. I really regretted booking this place so much.
