Normally I love this store. But the PhotoBooth swallowed 3 € and t he staff only said she can’t give me the money back. Unhelpful staff

Cool store with interesting clothes and accessories. However the staff are the slowest and most uninterested I have encountered in a long time. It took ages until the 3 people in front of us were served. Several staff members standing behind the counter talking, only one serving clients. One of our items had lost its tag and the cashier had trouble finding the item in her computer. Without boring you with the details, it took ages, we found the tag ourselves in the shop and paid. A huge queue had formed. Not once did the lady make eye contact, apologised for the huge delay or said thank you.
Only reason I am not giving it one star is because my daughter thought the clothes were great.

The store itself is cool but that’s the only good thing about it. Almost everything is super overpriced. You can find same stuff at the other stores in Frankfurt for 20 or more percent smaller prices.
Also the staff doesn’t know hot to fulfill Covid-19 regulations from the government. So if you’re not from Europe and you don’t have a European vaccination certificate don’t even bother to go to urban outfitters because they won’t let you in.

Workers were and unfriendly and rude, did not care at all about serving their customers.
When my friend and I were walking around, workers were glaring at us. Also, when I didn't understand what a blonde female assistant was saying, she snatched the clothing out of my hand and snapped at me.
The clothing is also bad quality and overpriced, will not be returning again.

Modern X vintage contemporary design outfit (winter jacket, T-shirt, jean, hood, sweater, cap u0026 many more). All high quality stuff and a bit pricey. They also sell vinyls record, vinyls player, notebook, portable camera and collectable item.

Very cool clothes and "hipster" stuff. Service was hard to find and not very friendly, employees didn't seem to care much. Have to say a lot of clothing was overpriced for "what it was" imo.

Popular place for teenagers for shopping. Shop is big but remember that what you see on online shop is not always available in the store . The assortment is different , please check it.
If you need a Tax free the manager can make a mistake and calculate not correctly so need some maths and calculations .
The shop is located on the Zeil next to the church. #urbanoutfitter
