My husband and I ordered a gold bracelet there in August, 2018. And it was supposed to be ready on 7 of September. But until now, we still do not have it. We went there several time to ask if it was ready, they gave different reason each time. They sounded not honest. At first they tried to give me a bracelet which I noticed at once that it was not the one I ordered. Then later he tried to convince me to buy it. Finally we could not bear with it anymore. Last week, we requested them to send us back the prepayment. They said they will need to prove it and will give us update on Monday. Today is Wednesday. We do not hear anything from them.....i can not believe there is such kind of shop in Germany.

UNTIL 2019 April 3, they did not send us any reply, neither our money back. Is it a scam?

Wer sich aus einer großen Auswahl mit guter Beratung Ringe mit individuellem Touch aussuchen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Das Personal hat sich Zeit für unsere individuellen Wünsche genommen und uns gut beraten ohne etwas aufzuschwätzen.

Gestern haben wir die Ringe abgeholt und sind vom fertigen Ergebnis so begeistert, dass wir den Tag unserer Hochzeit schon herbeisehnen.

Die teilweise negativen Rezensionen bezüglich irgendeines Studentenwettbewerb finde ich dem Unternehmen gegenüber ungerecht. Gerade von Studenten die am Anfang ihrer Karriere stehen solch einseitige Darstellungen ohne jegliche selbstreflexion die sogar noch vom Professor unterstützt werden erscheint mir in dieser Form unfair. Meiner Meinung nach ist es wichtig, dass Unternehmen jungen Menschen eine Chance geben, was durch solche Erfahrungen sicherlich nicht gefördert wird. Zu den inhaltlichen Positionen kann ich nichts sagen, lediglich die Art und Weise der hier geäußerten Kritik halte ich für falsch.

Ich lade daher dazu ein sich ein eigenes Bild zu machen und selbst zu entscheiden.
