Fletcher´s Better Burger

Very friendly service and decent burger. Ordered vegan and tried the beyond meat burger and sweet potato fries. Those fries are really on the top. Enough space both indoors and outdoors seats. Clean place and decent environment with historic building as view. Highly recommend ????

We used to go to this place when they had the beyond vegan Cheeseburger (which was delicious) but unfortunately they are having difficulty importing that to Germany. Fair enough, so we tried their „incredible vegan cheeseburger“- was ok- the toppings made it better but what ruined our experience was the Asian girl working at the cashier...I’ve never been treated so rudely in Germany in all the years I’ve lived here! She was totally mad or angry while taking the order or was seriously insane... there are more deserving places around Frankfurt to invest your hard earned cash into a burger..

Average burgers - we tried their super famous vegetable burger; nice ambiance. It was too full to notice the taste of anything. The staff is helpful although the place is so full most of the times.

From a Texan who knows fresh hamburgers, this place makes a delicious burger. I had the double meat, cheese and bacon. I was greeted by a friendly face on New Year day. My burger had a perfect temperature double patties with melted cheese and bacon in the center, topped with crisp and fresh veggies, delish! Fries which were wedges had their own house seasoning which complimented the burger well. Washed it down with a cold classic Coca-Cola. Well done a fantastic burger in Frankfurt.

Location of this Fletchers branch is great. The Burger was good but not a 10 though! I was dying to try the sweet potato fries but they messed up my order and I got regular fries .. didnt bother making a fuss was too hungry and tired of walking. Sat outside and enjoyed my meal weather was great in September. Prices were reasonable for frankfurt.

Well made burgers in a popular part of the city. Nice and clean facilities with a great panoramic view to the adjacent square. Easily accessible as it is located at one of Frankfurts major metro hubs. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.

"Why didn't I go to Five Guys", is the thought I had throughout my latest visit at Fletcher's. While my previous experiences with (other) Fletcher's locations have been better, this time really let me down. 14€ for a double burger with fries and a drink. The burger was dry (meat) and soaking in fat (everything else) at the same time with the structural integrity of drying sand. The drink was a standard 0.33 l bottle while 50m away I could have gotten the luxury of free refills. The fries are actually good - but you're not here for fries, you want the burger.
So if you're seeking a great burger around Hauptwache give Fletcher's a pass and stop at Five Guys.
