Das Haus ist die Verkehrsinsel einer Bundesstraße und die Straßenbahn fährt gefühlt auch durch das Zimmer. Diese wurden zwar frisch renoviert, jedoch nicht gerade sorgfältig. Es gab noch keinen Fernseher, weder Tisch noch einen Stuhl, Handtücher sind auch nur sporadisch in den Zimmern vorhanden. Frühstück gibt es keins. Parkplatz vorm Haus ist sehr begrenzt. Bezahlung nur in Bar möglich und keine Rechnung in die Hand bekommen.
