Eine echte Frechheit der Umgang mit Gästen und zudem inkorrekte Verfahrensweisen mit dem Datenschutz! Ich wollte samstags morgens einchecken, Rezeption nicht besetzt. Dann wie auf dem Zettel an der Tür stand angeklingelt keine Reaktion, kurzer Einkauf wieder zurück 2.Versuch wieder keine Reaktion, mittags dreimal angerufen entweder besetzt oder sofort wurde mein Anruf weggedrückt. Dann nachmittags nach dem 6.Versuch endlich jemanden telefonisch erreicht, bekam den Vorwurf ich wollte doch Morgens kommen, stimmt ich war auch zweimal da und hab mich hotelwunschgemäss auch gemeldet, aber wenn das Hotelpersonal sich nicht rührt. Dann abends nach der Arbeit zurück, zettelwirtschaft.in meinem Szimmer gefunden, ich solle doch anrufen unter der Nummer unter der sowieso niemand ans Telefon geht oder man weggedrückt wird. Ich sollte dann zusätzlich auf dem Beherbergungsschein den gelesenen Datenschutz unterschreiben. Ich hab die Zeile gestrichen denn ich habe keinen Hinweis zum Datenschutz erhalten weder mündlich noch schriftlich, also keine Unterschrift. Hotelzimmer dem Preis angemessen nichts dolles aber war Ok, allerdings war auch keine Reinigungskraft da. Alles in allem, nur für Gerne und viel Telefonierer da man ja den ganzen Tag damit beschäftigt ist dem Rezeptionspersonal hinterher zu telefonieren. Dazu habe ich persönlich keine Zeit(Arbeit) und keine Lust. Unmöglich Hotel nicht zu empfehlen!

Erstes Zimmer 43 sauber und ordentlich. Fahrstuhl ist behindertengerecht. Treppe läuft sich schwer. Ich habe soweit sehr gut geschlafen aber eine zusätzliche Decke im Zimmer wäre angebracht oder eben eine der Jahreszeit angepasste Bettwäsche. Draußen liegt Schnee und auf dem Bett liegt nur ein Hauch von Zudecke. Mir war kalt. Frühstück macht satt aber es ist nichts frisches. Alles aus Verpackung. Kein Obst, kein Gemüse, kein Müsli.
Zweites Zimmer 16 sehr klein. Duschkabine ins Zimmer gestellt. Kleine Toilette aber ausreichend. Kleines Bett. Wände mit ekeliegen Flecken. Gardiene ist vorhanden aber zum verdunkeln ist die zu klein, und es wurde geraucht. Abgelehnt. Ein neues drittes Zimmer 44 bekommen und wieder zufrieden.
Ansonsten, anfahrtechnisch gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Auf Straßenseite ist eine Jalosie vorhanden. WLAN vorhanden kostenfrei.
Zimmer 42 auch geräumig. Allerdings muss man vorsichtig auf den Stühlen sitzen damit diese nicht brechen. Auch der Tisch könnte Mal erneuert werden, das Furnier löst sich an allen Stellen. Die Lüftung im Bad sollte man lieber zu lassen wenn man keine Räucherbude haben möchte. Auch das Bad sollte mal renoviert werden liebes Alfa-Team. Hier fallen bald die Fliesen von der Wand und an der Duschstange könnte mal was gemacht werden. Das Bett ist kein Doppelbett sondern 2 zusammengestellte Betten. Mit riesen Lücke zwischen beiden. Liegt sich aber sehr gut. Leider wurde in den letzten 3 Übernachtungen nicht einmal das Bett ordentlich gemacht. Frühstück ist seit neuesten auch keins mehr zu bekommen. Zu groß die Auflagen die das Hotel erfüllen muss. Wie das nur die anderen Hotels machen?
