The horrible place to stay in Frankfurt, don't get baited of great localisation close to main train station. There are lots of junkies and homeless people, these streets are so fckin scary for walking through them. When I saw irl how it looks like I had to make the best decision and cancel my accomodation in this hotel. This hotel has to be banned from booking and other sites!

Super ghetto area. No AC. Super hot in the rooms and really noisy area. Regret staying here.

Clean room and the bathroom, nice tv, everything you need.
The reception is very nice and helpful. I was received well and they helped me with changing the date of booking.
The neighbourhood is a bit scary indeed, because of homeless people fighting with esch other, but they don' t bother tourist, they just fight each other.

They even don't respond to customer requests via form provided on the site. This offer kind of "as is". Nobody cares about you.

Cute clean rooms. Friendly staff. But in a ???? area.

Hotel 44 advertised its business as having free parking. The front desk said on the street is free. So has no parking. The area where it’s located is the worse area of Frankfurt possible. Pimps and drug dealers crowded the street. In the middle of the night someone was nocking on the door. At least the doors had a actual key and lock and not a card, otherwise I would have not stay there with my family. The clubs and strip bars surrounding the hotel didn’t stop their loud music until 10am, that’s right 10 in the morning. Now the rooms were clean. The free breakfast was at another hotel across the street that was great. If it wasn’t for the “free parking” lie. It was ok for the money. Not suitable for children unless you want your children witnessing people injecting themselves right outside of the hotel doors at 9-10 in the morning.

The rooms are good and clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. I wish I had realized it was located on the edge of the red light district. For that, it was fine. There were only a couple of stores we walked the kids by faster and questions left unanswered. Parking was a little difficult. There's a garage across the street, but It's expensive. I ended up parking 3 blocks north in a different garage, which was much cheaper.
