Location is unsafe. Lots of drunk people right at its gate. Dirty outside and stinks in the lobby. Room is horrible- no carpet! No shower but has a tub which I couldn’t use. Outdated design and needs remodeling. Breakfast was ok, had to wait a line. Not enough room in the lunch area. Kitchen couldn’t keep up with getting the dishes ready. Disappointed. Worse experience. But the staff did it’s best to accommodate but it wasn’t enough for me to give it more than 2 stars.

Very good location, very close to the train station, close to the old city.
Extremely friendly staff, they did all my requirements. Very good price!
Good breakfast!

I will came back în same location!

Price is ok, cheaper than a hostel.
BUT!!!!
Right beside the hotel there is Konsumraum where the drogaddicts get their doses... the street is full of them.
Is super awkward, despite there are under surveillance is still very shocking. The neighborhood in general is the red light district of Frankfurt, another disadvantage and awful experience.
The hotel it self is ok, clean superficially but the walls are super dirty, the shower was blocked and we had nearly a pool in there, the Hausmeister needed to fix it, the rooms are super loud.

I would just give a one star because the breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

If you find another better option, take it, book here just in case of emergency or last laaaast option.

The hotel is nice for the adults, pretty casual breakfast with eggs, vegetables, toasts, oats, cheese, ham, etc.
I would not recommend this hotel for the elderly people because the location is great but a bit dangerous in the evenings.
Great choise in case you won't to spend a day or two in Frankfurt, be close to the railway station, and be near city center, meeting lounges, caffes, restaurants.

Worst experience in my life. Drugdealers and junkys 24/7 sleep, inject drugs in front of the hotel. The receptionist was high and blocked my keycard a couple of times. Not recommend for the family. The hotel is in the red lightstrickt and so dirty and smell really bad.

Absolute disaster!!! I had to stay at the hotel for a day. Two of the streets that lead to the hotel are full with suspicious and homeless people. The smell was absolutely disgusting. I did not stay at a hotel where I would feel unsafe even for a second. I absolutely do NOT recommend!!

This hotel is located in a very unsafe area of Frankfurt right by the main train station, which unfortunately I was not aware of when I booked. It was not open when I arrived, which prevented me from checking in. I could not reach anyone and decided to get a room at another hotel. Not recommended due to the area and lack of security as well as poor customer service!
