It was total fraud. Although we had paid fully in advance and had booking confirmation from agoda, we were rufused stay until we paid double amount in cash at reception.
They said they dont agree with agoda discounts and their hotel rooms are worth more
The mattress was broken. TV, intercom and WiFi was not working and the location is definitely not family friendly. It's in middle of red light area.

Not a recommendable place to spend night even at cheapest rate

This is not a 3-star hotel. It's definitely 1 at most.
Everything is broken. It was a struggle to lock the main door. u0026not in a good location, probably the worst area in Germany.

Pet friendly, reasonably clean, v central, not recommended if u are sensitive to street noise, as its on the red light district ????

A terrible experience! The hotel is located on a shady street. The photos shown on the site does not match the real thing. As soon as you get into the room, the strong smell of cigarettes hit you! Not a child friendly place. The beds were terrible no balance; I couldn't sleep the entire night, the actual cushions have probably not been changed since years. The only saving grace were the 2 gentlemen at the front desk. Would never visit again!

Basic accommodation, clean bathroom. Located in a red light district, so leaving and returning late at night not advised. We had to pay a €70 fee for leaving after 11 AM but were not told this beforehand. Staff claimed we "should have asked beforehand" what time we had to leave. Apart from that, staff is friendly and willing to help.

In the middle of the red light district with people shooting up on the streets. However the staff are very friendly. The hotel is spotless. Good breakfast. Car parked outside with no issues. Good for a quick stop over.

I thought the hotel was ok for the few nights I stayed. I notice I was getting more itchy by the 3rd day. I now had a cluster of bites on my leg and back. I had bed bugs bites. I complained to the front desk.I was offer to have the bed sheets changed. I was mad cause changing bed sheets doesn't stop bed bugs. I left and booked a nearby hotel. The new hotel was bed bug free. I ask for a refund out of principal for the last day. I shouldn't have to stay in a room with bed bugs. I filed a complaint with Expedia and the hotel management said the room was non-refundable. Expedia hasn't posted my review so far. There are cleaner hotels nearby for same price.
