Thank you so much for accommodating our early check in after our early oversea flight. We truly appreciate staff’s understanding and friendliness. The location of this hotel is fantastic - near train station. Rooms our renovated, clean, modern. Thank you again - highly recommended.

Conveniently located next to the train station. Shower pressure was excellent especially after a long plane ride. Bed firmness was just nice, pillow could be a bit more firm.

Room size was perfect for a 1 person, very clean.

Super location, few steps away from Frankfurt Central Railway Station. Quick check-in, staff is super friendly, modern neat and clean, fully maintained tidy room with window and air conditioner. Bed is comfortable and having so neat sheets. Clean bathroom. Perfectly OK for a trip.

The location of the hotel is good, but the hotel itself is an old building. Lift stops between floors and we need to take a staircase. Rooms are small. Breakfast service is bad. There is no hot Menu.

Excellent hotel convenient for the main station and a few good value restaurants in the area.
Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room has a strange decor but was of good size with a nice en suite bathroom (very happy to see a, grab rail in the shower). Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again.

1 star due to exceptionally unkind receptionist at night 26-27.08. I needed to check in at night and at first I was told I rang a doorbell too many times?! (which was resulting from a fact I waited some time at hotel‘s closed door and was approached by a drunk person - it is an unsafe area). Afterwards, after the check in, I was treated with disrespect…

I recently stayed in this hotel and I really loved it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is completely renovated and looks very modern on the inside. There is an elevator, the rooms are very clean and have air conditioning. Breakfast is great. The hotel is located 50m from the main railway station. A parking space can be rented, but requires additional reservation. The parking space is located in apartment building 100m from the hotel.
