The staff is really nice. The room is small but exquisite, and clean. If you have 2-3 days trips, I recommend this hotel. 1 min to train main station by walking.

Stayed here a week. Perfect hotel. Clean, comfortable, modern, and as cheap as you are going to get in the area. It's right across the street from the main transit hub. Staff was super nice.

Unexpected stay at this hotel for 1 night due to train cancellation. Comfortable bedroom, quiet, and the staff members were more than nice (they served us the breakfast before it opened because we had an early train to catch)

Great location, kind staffs, comfy u0026 clean room. It was best choice in Frankfurt. I will stay again if i would visit to Frankfurt again!

It's okay if you want a cheap place for layover since it is close to train station that is only 4 stops from Frankfurt airport. Place is more a hostel then a hotel. Rooms lack decoration, personality or details (and none of the amenities expected in a hotel like coffee machine in room, more then 1 towel). AC in room is terrible but fortunately I was able to open windows and it was cold outside. They charge extra for late check-out.

The room was clean and beautiful in every aspect. The stuff were exceptional to the slightest of details I tried on them. The answered every possible question I had and never caused any kind of problem. Truly amazing.

Towards the stuff, thank you this pleasnt experience. Thanks to you, my trip was better. Especially the young, blonde lady at the reception desk who always greeted me with a wide and genuine smile. It made my day, everyday.
