Close to Frankfurt Hbf, well connected, friendly staff. The rooms do not have any air conditioner but they do have fans. Overall good option for short stay.

Absolutely disappointing.
Very rough and dangerous neighbouhood, not safe to walk by any mean.
Dirty, no car park, impolite staffs...
This hotel for me is the last place on earth to stay in.

This place does not have an Air Conditioning facility so visiting here in August is not a good decision.

Horrible, worst hotel experience of my life! My room was small with tiny bed and very bad smell; no wonder it was not clean at all, the floor carpet was really disgusting!!! Very bad isolation, when someone closes the door you feel like it is yours, woke up several times during the night because of the noise. No house keeping, no way that it is 3 star hotel... The location is near to the central train station so not a good neighborhood! I highly suggest to avoid this hotel.

Super close to the main station, the zone is a bit shady thought. Breakfast and service is super good. One negative thing is that the hotel card cannot be close (or in contact) with your mobile phone, as the information on the card will be deleted and you might need to pass by reception every time to activate your room card again.

The staff is rude, unfriendly and cold towards visitors. I've never stayed in a worse place. The room was dirty, the bed was terrible. each night I dreaded going back here... It's worth paying the additional 50 dollars a night and staying somewhere nicer. Please do yourself a favour and do not stay here
