It is very near to U4 messe station. From Frankfurt Bahn you can get U4. Great location, Breakfast is good. The staffs are excellent. You can observe sun rise from your hotel balcony.

They cancelled my room for no reason and said that my credit card was invalid.
The card was an Amex and was valid on Bookin.com it was accepted and Amex said that there was no problems with the card and no attempt to reserve the amount has been made. I believe that the hotel cancelled my reservation to be able to charge three times the price from someone else because there is a business trade fair in the city at that time. This is really bad manners and I cannot in any way recomend this hotel with this behavior!
On business trips on must be able to rely on the hotels to provide the service I ordered. This is really really bad behaviour!!

I had called the hotel three days ahead of my trip to ask for a room with late night check-in. The kind (!) receptionist said that this wasn't a problem. Finally, after a long day at work I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep. However, the hotel's credit card terminal failed at check-in (apparently the problem had been persistent for the last few days and they were trying to fix it). Consequently, you would assume the hotel offered other types of contactless, digital payments, or showed extra goodwill (the issue was with them, after all). Needless to say, they sent me away, denying my requests to write me an invoice ("you could be insolvent" (sic!)), accept a direct SEPA transfer ("those can be recalled") or let me get cash in the morning (I might just run out). In the end, I found another hotel at 3:30am.

A charming hotel near the Messe Frankfurt. Nice neighborhood, quiet in the evening.

The room I stayed in was quite old but cozy. They have a nice and modern bathroom though.

Breakfast area was superb. Good food and sweet wait staff.

The lift is quite small and can accommodate only 3 to 4 large people. Had to wait on several occasions.

Overall, love the place.

The hotel is a cute little hotel. The first room we got needed a renovation, carpets were a bit old etc...
We reserved a double bed room and got a 2 single bed one instead, but it got changed when requested. Courtatious staff, good breakfast. Very close to the Messe.

A clean, pretty and centrally located boutique hotel. Each room has its own theme. Our room was spacious, had a walk-in shower and two large beds for two adults and two children. The breakfast buffet is attractive, has lots of variety, and goes till 10am. The hotel is tucked into a quiet side street, but is just minutes from the subway and to the fair buildings (Messe). A laundromat was within walking distance as well; we chose the 30° cycle (Feinwäsche) and the large dryer was done in three 7-minute intervals. Staff are helpful and very friendly.
