Rooms are old and dusty. I used to start sneezing the moment I walk in. Breakfast is scarce and you can see the same fruit being proposed day after day. Cleaning happens only if you explicitly remind the concierge, leaving the sign on the door is not enough apparently. Only positive note is the personnel, which has been always nice.

The family room was small... I was asked how old were my kids qt the time of booking assuming that the sofa bed would be big enough for my teenage children. The sofa bed was very small! To be fair, the lady at reception told us the bed was small but we had no choice then. After receiving the reply from the hotel to this review, I would recommend to the hotel not to take bookings for a family of 4 if you can't accommodate this!
Convenient for the city center. About 15 minutes walk . The room was clean and the car park good value. The air con wasn't working. I notified reception but nothing was done. Breakfast is ok. They give you a goodie bag due to the pandemic.

The hotel is brand new and of the newest holiday inn Express design. The hotel is beautiful, as are the bedrooms. Very fresh and has everything you need. The free breakfast (as standard with this brand) is delicious and plentiful. Staff all friendly. Thanks for a great stay

Stayed there on Dec 26th, received a very welcoming reception. I had asked for some flexibility in check-in and check-out and I was answered fast and offered solutions. The room was clean and cozy and they also had a small welcoming gift, which was a nice touch. Thank you!

Hotel is sparkling new and staff are ritzy-friendly. Incredibly decent prices for the rooms and with all Holiday Inn Express, breakfast is inclusive.

Only downside is the parking garage itself is not the easiest to find nor navigate. Limited lots as well.

For a chain, it's really not bad. For Germany, you could do better. It's got a more modern feel than the US, and it does have an iron in the room, which is hard to come by. Would I stay here again? Sure. Would I look around for something else? Yes. Friendly staff, and clean. Hotel bar is open late. About 20 min walk to plaza. Ok walk to several restaurants, not all are listed on Google. Awesome Indian food joint about 15-20 min walk - Ganesha. Guaranteed the food is great and very reasonable on a budget. Cash only.

Minimal breakfast, room is nice and comfortable could be a bit warmer, hotel staff can be more forthcoming and not act like when they do their job they are doing us a favor, rooms which are locate on ground level did not make my wife safe, they probably should mention it when booking the room.
