Amazing hotel, the staff here make a massive difference here. All staff I encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. The standard of this hotel is next level, it is a huge hotel, with attached conference facilities.
I had a very good time here and service and food was of a very high standard.
The hotel is located in what I would call the business district of Frankfurt. Good transport links and easy to get around from here.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't regret it.

It has a good location like you can get there with a tram in 10 minutes from the central station. The club lounge offers mini buffet in the morning u0026 evening where you can enjoy warm u0026 fresh food.

The room left a lot to be desired. The top bedsheet had a hole torn. However the view was fantastic. They don't offer the little personal toiletries that are expected at a 4/5 star. The service at the hotel however was impeccable. And breakfast was diverse and delicious.

Room size is sufficient and views are beautiful even the normal views rooms. Toilet was a minus as looked all and difficult to maintain clean.
Hotel services and staff were friendly. Location in a good, quiet neighborhood but away from the city center. Nonetheless, it is close to the station.

My view from the 39th floor "Skyline View" room. I appreciate they included building silhouettes and distances to identify buildings in the skyline. Skyline View puts you on the side of the hotel to view the skyline instead of construction. I got to enjoy snacks and drinks in the M club which is reportedly open 24/7. Breakfast the next morning was a veritable smorgasbord. I wished I'd had more time for breakfast. I would have stuffed myself silly with everything from pastries to omelets to sliced meats and cheeses. I ate scrambled eggs with mushrooms and bacon. If your room doesn't come with breakfast, it's rather pricey. Be prepared to spend up to €30 for breakfast if it's not included in your room.

The hotel can become pretty full during Messe times. I sensed that even with a full
house (600 rooms) things went smoothly. It is a well managed hotel.

What we most liked was the great breakfast buffet. Probably the best we have seen in a Marriott hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Efficient check-in and check-out process. Rooms were cleaned to our satisfaction. For our next Messe we would stay again in this hotel.
