Spent two nights there. Very good location, close to city centre, but on the other hand very calm surroundings. Room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. If I will next time look for room in Frankfurt I will come back here.

It's calm. The location is very good and accessible to the city. The rooms are okay. Stayed here for 10 nights. The housekeepers don't really clean the room but they keep it tidy. The other staff e.g receptionists are kind and helpful. There was some taxing we weren't aware about, it would've been helpful to know at the time of booking. There are no stairs which is annoying and inconvenient, especially after a long day out. The WiFi is very unstable. The walls are VERY thin. It's really not worth the price (especially for a holiday) , however if you're looking for a "cheap" place to stay for a night or two, I'd recommend it.

Staff were great and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor it's a long way up some narrow and steep stairs to get there and it was hot! The ceiling height is low and it's impossible to stand and have a shower. I even had to open the window to stand and use the toilet.
The location is great

Stayed here for 2 days for a business trip. Terrible experience, the room and the furniture looked really old and not well maintained.

To make it worse, I woke up with bed bug bites on my back next morning. Reported this to the reception and the only response was, ' we will look into this!'.

I'm going to make sure I never end up here again.

Cleanliness was OK. Room is nice. However, the curtains were sooo thin and let's not talk about the sound isolation... Average place overall and OK for the price.

Very very basic bed and breakfast place. The room that I was allocated had the space and facilities of a help quarters. Room was clean is only positive
