Lovely place to stay which is brilliantly located, very close to the new and old city. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms aren’t huge but not expecting them to be for the price. Everything is clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection is also very good. And you can see it is all completely fresh. Well worth the visit. Just be aware of the check in times as there isn’t always someone at the front desk. Also the pillow wasn’t the best, but I’m really just being picky as overall it was a great nights sleep even though I was on the side of the bar which closed fairly early anyway. Would come and visit again. Also the bar downstairs is brilliant. Great food and incredible beers.

This hotel has fantastic location, being right next to the cathedral in the old town. The staff we delightful, friendly and helpful. We had a family room, which actually consisted of two bedrooms, a bathroom and an entrance area. It also had a lovely terrace with a view over the restaurant seating area below and the cathedral. When we visited it was REALLY hot and we could have done with air conditioning (although they did provide fans). The restaurant downstairs was amazing. Delicious local dishes, served promptly by friendly staff. And the beer, of course, was amazing too. Breakfast was a buffet and had a huge choice, from simple stuff like cereal, milk, juices and breads, through to meats, cheese and sausages. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Frankfurt and this hotel.

We loved Hotel am Dom. For our family of 4, we had lots of space for our two teenagers. The view from the balcony was amazing since we were looking right at the Frankfurt Cathedral. The location was amazing, lots of history, we were right next to everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was really good and the staff were all amazing. The only con was no air conditioning in rooms.

As an American who's been to 10 different countries, this hotel was one of the best ones I stayed at. The service was 5 star, the rooms really nice, and really close to the St. Bartholemew church. One thing I didn't like (nitpicking) was how the shower had no door. Everything else, perfect.

Went for one night. Everything was as advertised as a basic hotel in a good spot. I’d go back.

The location is excellent, just steps from the cathedral and river. Breakfast was also great, with eggs made to your liking and the whole Bavarian spread. It seems like the rooms have since been updated, and are clean. The staff have been very helpful, friendly, and are bilingual. Overall, I would stay here again.
