Delicious ice cream it’s just service is not as nice. The store looks dirty sometimes and the ice cream is a bit overpriced.

One of the best icecream shops in Frankfurt!! My favorite flavors here are Salted caramel and Almond Chocolate ???? They also have some limited seasonal flavors. I thought Jasmin Pomegranate flavor was very refreshing in spring.

Its ok the service was quite slow. I sat down to get service however after 5 minutes still no one came to give me the menu, so i decided to get takeaway instead. There was a huge selection as you'll expect, and ice cream was great, the size was also generous.
Also Haagen Dazs started in New york.

One exploded Brownie into 2 and interceded with 4 (45grams) sorted ice creams( Belgien Chocolate 2(45grams) and Vanille Caramel Brownies 2(45grams)). This is a perfect Explosion ???? on any day ✌????

The ice cream was very delicious and pretty. (Cup size was small) But the service was not good. I waited almost 20 mins for not giving the menu at the right time. After order, I waited again around 15 mins. Even though there are a lot of seats outside, They did not allow customers who bought take out ice cream. Bad service sadly.

Sat outside for well over 15 minutes with no service arriving. Only when they realised we were leaving did they pay any attention. 6 employees were just standing around. They were out of items we asked for. The milkshake had precious little ice cream and the coffee was underwhelming in quality. Certainly not going there again.

We arrived 30 minutes before the offical closing and after being ignored for a while, we were told that the shop would close in 5min... We then had to quickly order at the desk before seating at a table. Service was inexistent, table was not clean. I found some hair in my dessert and informed the waitress who "kindly" apologised while laughing at me...
I will NEVER go back again and I strongly recommend people NOT to go there.
