Best hotel I have stayed in lately! Rooms are very nice, beds comfortable and staff at front desk was super helpful! Would definitely recommend it! Pool water was a little cold but it was beautiful! We loved staying there!

This is not a 4-star property. The rooms are old. Soft good very old. Restaurant and public spaces also very old. The staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. Proximity to Messe Frankfurt is great. Otherwise, I would not recommend this for a business traveler.

- Dirty bathroom floor.
- Frayed towels in room.
- Room doors do not shut automatically.
- Curtains old and dark.
- Quality of food just below average.

Not recommend at all. 1) Bad smell from the carpet in the corridors and the room. 2) Pour breakfast for €20 not much choice nor suitable for a vegetarian diet. 3) No water or tea facilities in your room. 4) Restaurants are expensive and staff are clueless for giving customer satisfaction. 5) Rooms don’t get clean every day or get replacement towels. My whole experience with a 3 days stay was very poor and wouldn’t even stay here again.

This hotel is very good. Location is great in the middle of downtown and the rooms are spacious. It is of moderate quality. The major drawback is the staff at the reception are not that helpful and including inconsiderate to the guest's inquiries and needs.
I will not come back.

Very convenient located for conference guests. However, it is a rather old-style hotel. Our rooms were ok and clean, but not refurbished in a long time, so it felt out-dated. The breakfast is not exiting at all.

To be honest I am wondering how the stay at the hotel will be with such a big mess to get a reservation. I was trying to book reservations for the hotel in Frankfurt online and their website crashed...then I called to check if the reservations were made as it crashed at the end, when all necessary information was entered and was informed that their system was indeed down. I was then transferred by the hotel to their central reservations where I was able to book the rooms. However, three days later, I still hadn't received any confirmation for the reservations although was promised to receive it every day I called to ask about it. Central reservations kept referring me to the hotel and vice-versa both telling me that the other can provide the e-mail confrimation....to be honest if such a hotel makes this kind of a mess with its own reservations for the prices their guests have to pay....Anyway will be avoiding this hotel in the future, for sure.

Large rooms, we stayed for 3 nights and everything was on spot.
Rooms- Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean and beautiful outside view from big windows. We got the room on 5th floor and we already received best views even from 5th.. there are floors till 8th!

Walking from Metro U, Tram and close to Central train station, skyline plaza

Old Town and main points of attractions are nearby metro or tram, few at walks

Hotel has bar, restaurant, swimming pool and delicious breakfast serving

Staff is good and great service.
