Don't expect any information or help if there are issues with trains. Cannot trust the arrivals board as they don't update the information when the train is delayed or cancelled.best option is using rmv.de as that does have more accurate information. The station is clean etc but no station staff or help for non German speakers. It's a shame, as it does not give a good impression foreign arrivals.

clean station and you get there pretty easily with all the signs that they have, so you won't get lost

Clean, not overcrowded. You can easily nagivate your way inside this airport. Not too big to walk. There are enough places to seat. Toilets are clean. Trolleys are available by using credit card only. However, you can be lucky to find a free one????. I find this airport also relaxing. Few eateries available. But one can get a quiet place to wait. Underground vehicle garages ...

There are three ticket machines - two of them would not accept paper 5 or 10 euro notes - one of them the eject rollers were turning permenantly - the other had a big queue.

Clean and nice station.
Information service is completely helpless.
You ask for alternative routes following a strike, they give you a printout without other information and you have to guess. In German.

As a foreigner, it was not very easy to understand where to go and what to do, the indications are basically non existing and there is no one to ask to. Otherwise, the station is clean and quite.
