I had a good experience shopping in this store. The guys who work there were great helping me out.

Disgusted by the behavior of the personal in the shop (It was a big man with glasses). I tried to take a picture of the shoe I liked, and the man stared yelling at me “YOU CANNOT TAKE PICTURES” and then took the shoe of my hand. I was shocked. After that I asked him to write me the name of the shoe-model in which he responded “No!”. Then I left the store and he stared saying things on my back. I didn’t get his name, because I was furious! No wonder why the shop was empty…

I can’t suggest this store, both workers (maybe one of the two was the director of the store) have been rude and impolite more than once.

I entered to buy a specific pair of shoes and I ended up leaving the store and buying it in another store.

What a shame, I love Timberland's products but in this store they don’t know what service and customer satisfaction mean.

I don’t know how Timberland can support this low level of service. :-(

Staff is not nice. The make you feel uncomfortable. Unbelievable. As a tourist, I spent 250 € and they were so unkind. I couldn't believe. That's not good for the business...

Range of products is ok and customer service is bad (especially one worker).
